Reservation Agreement:

All Cancellations/Changes/Reservations within 24 Hours of pickups MUST BE CALLED IN and notified to the office 510-586-7078 or 650-797-8880

To the extent this transaction/charge is via telephone/fax, I waive any requirement or objection that Limousine Company swipe, take or make a physical imprint of my credit card, and that lack of a physical imprint should not be a ground or basis for any charge back request. I understand and agree that such telephone/fax is being done by the Limousine Company as an accommodation to me.

NOTICE TO CANCEL: Entire trip cost applies after cancellation notice time: 4 hours notice for sedans and SUVs, 48 Hours for Sprinters and International travel. 14 days for Specialty Vehicles, Mini & Motor Coaches. All charters are subject to minimum hourly charge per vehicle and may include garage-to-garage charge where applicable.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Domestic Flights: 30 min free wait time from the flight arrival time. International Flights: 1 hour free wait time from the flight arrival time. Private jet: 15 min free wait time. All other pickup locations: 15 minutes free wait time. Extra time will be charged at the hourly rate in 30 minute increments. Airport fees, tolls, parking, additional stops, greeter fees or other fees may also be added.

GRATUITY: For your convenience, a suggested gratuity is added to each trip including additional amounts for early ( before 6:00AM ) and late ( after 10:00PM ) trips, as well as holidays.

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required on charters, special packages and specialty vehicles. REMAINING BALANCE will be charged at the NOTICE to CANCEL time and is also NON-REFUNDABLE.

I do understand that the company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. I assume full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by any members of our party. A fee of $500 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $350. All vehicles are NON-SMOKING: Minimum $500 Smoking fine or Excessive cleaning fee. I understand that driver has the right to terminate the reservation without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients. I do understand that the company is not to be held responsible for third party actions (Farm in / out Reservations) from other carriers or subcontractor.

This trip is considered to be accurate and confirmed unless notify SF LIMO WORLDWIDE at 510-586-7078 or 650-797-8880
